We have entered a very exciting and high growth stage of our journey and are looking for a hands-on Sales Executive/Business Development lead to help increase brand awareness, grow our presence in the market, and most importantly close new business. Ideally, we would like someone with a keen interest in the crypto and blockchain space. If you have a background within payments or a fintech startup you will fit right into this role and we would love to hear from you. Our key objectives include driving international growth and launching innovative products globally. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with knowledge of the crypto industry to drive the development of our crypto offering, and manage our existing exchange partnerships and build new partnerships with some of the world’s top cryptocurrency exchanges. Responsibilities To help drive the development of the crypto offering within our digital wallets and our global cryptocurrency Pursue opportunities for partnership/provider/currency additions. Identify and pursue opportunities for new country/market additions & penetration. Find, contact & establish partnerships with external crypto exchanges, B2B service providers, and others with regards to supporting the crypto products offered by the company Support product growth by helping determine areas of improvement, new features, and improving customer UX. Maintain great industry knowledge: analyze market conditions, competitor situation & regulatory changes. Produce reporting and support the senior management with management information and reporting. Attend industry events and conferences. Deliver on revenue targets associated with the crypto offering. Support ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management. Skills and Experience: Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make things happen, driven and pragmatic Strong interpersonal skills – ability to open, develop and maintain strong relationships quickly Knowledge of and interest in the crypto industry Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and tangible result expectations Experience in project management and/or business development is a plus Well versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint High attention to detail Fluency in English
